11am-12pm: 

13 years and older (experienced swimmers only-No stroke instruction)​

11/12yo Girls (previous swim team member)

11/12yo Girls & Boys (NEW to swim team)​

9/10yo Boys & Girls (NEW to team & previous swim team member)

***Final practice times will be decided by the coaches after the first week of practice. For safety purposes, we may change practice times so that equal numbers of swimmers are in the pool each hour. Please know that we cannot make changes to accommodate each family. Coaches will evaluate skill level and will move children accordingly. Please bring your child to their assigned time listed above until notified of any changes.
